Rule

Interreg cooperation projects are not indexed in CORDIS the way Horizon Europe projects are. Start with the partner search of your specific Interreg programme (or keep.eu for historical Interreg projects), then involve your National Contact Point. Treat any third-party database — including GRANTIBASE — as a secondary signal for EU delivery capacity, not as the Interreg partner registry.

Example

You need a public authority partner in another Member State for an Interreg Europe policy-learning project. Post a partner search on the programme portal, scan keep.eu for organisations that already ran similar Interreg projects, and use Partner Finder only if you also want candidates with Horizon or other EU grant experience in the same topic.

Partner Finder surfaces organisations that repeatedly participate in EU-funded projects by topic and country. That is useful when Interreg co-financing or evaluation rewards proven delivery capacity — it does not replace official Interreg eligibility checks.
