Join an existing consortium — find coordinators active in your call area via the Coordinator radar, then approach them with a clear capability offer.
Build your own — use the Consortium Builder for a starter shortlist, then fill gaps in Partner Finder. Most collaborative topics need at least three independent entities from three countries — see requirements.

Example

Call topic is known. You open Coordinator radar filtered to Horizon Europe and your topic keywords, shortlist three organisations that routinely lead in that niche, and send a one-page capability note. In parallel you run Consortium Builder for the same topic to draft a complementary partner set (SME + RTO + end user) before the first consortium call.
