Find a project coordinator

A coordinator owns the grant agreement, reporting, and consortium dynamics. Find organisations that already lead in your domain — then decide whether to join them or ask them to lead yours.

Rule — when you need a coordinator

• You have a strong technical role but not the grant-management capacity or PIC experience.
• The call rewards proven leadership in the topic area.
• You want to join an existing consortium rather than assemble one from scratch.

Score candidates by coordinator intensity (share of projects they lead), not only by total EU funding. That distinction is why the Coordinator radar exists alongside Partner Finder.

Example

An SME with a novel sensing technology wants into a Climate Cluster IA. It will not coordinate. It opens the radar, filters Horizon Europe + climate keywords + preferred coordinator countries, shortlists two RTOs that routinely lead IAs, and offers a work package + budget line — instead of asking "do you need partners?"
