EuroMena II L.P. is the follow-on fund of Euromena I in which EIB invested in 2006. The fund is a generalist private equity fund based in Beirut, Lebanon, investing throughout the Mediterranean Partner Countries (MPCs). Capital Trust Group is the General Partner of the Fund, which took primarily minority positions in SMEs and mid cap companies. The end of the investment period took place in November 2013.
Maghreb Private Equity Fund II ("MPEF II") is the follow-on fund of MPEF I in which EIB invested in 2000. The private equity fund, managed by Tuninvest-Africinvest Group, made equity and equity-related investments in companies located primarily in North Africa, including Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and Libya.

The final closing took place in 2009.

The fund's promoter is Mediterrània Capital Partners. The assets under management in the fund are around EUR 118 million. The first closing took place in 2013 and the second one in 2015.

Capital North Africa Venture Fund II is the follow-on fund of CNAV I in which EIB invested in 2006. The Luxemburg based fund will seek to make investments in medium-sized companies mainly in Morocco, but will also have the opportunity to invest to a limited extent in the other Maghreb countries (Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt) and West-Africa. The Fund is managed by Capital Invest Group, a public company limited by shares ('societe anonyme'), registered under the laws of Luxembourg.
GEF South Asia Growth Fund III is a USD 300m (target) investment fund targeting companies that promote climate action and environmental sustainability in South and South-East Asia. The Fund will provide equity to SMEs, improving access to finance and will support the achievement of sustainable development goals (SDGs), aiming to mitigate the effects of climate change. The key climate themes underwritten by the Fund are Climate mitigation, adaption and circular economy, which will include sectors such as renewable energy, energy efficiency, water, food and agriculture, built environment and waste.
