Ezdehar is an independent PE fund manager focused on mid-cap businesses in Egypt. Ezdehar Mid-Cap Fund II (EMF II) successfully conducted a first close of USD 168 million in December 2021. The fund officially commenced operations early 2022 and conducted a third and final close of US$176 million in July 2022, exceeding its initial target of USD 150 million. With Fund II, Ezdehar was able to expand its investor base - which includes a uniquely large set of reputable global, regional, and local institutions - clearly establishing it as the preferred partner for deploying development capital to build homegrown champions in Egypt.
