Cysbio has developed a sustainable antifouling agent, zosteric acid, using a proprietary cell-based manufacturing system. This eco-friendly alternative aims to replace toxic biocides in industries like construction, addressing environmental and health concerns while being cost-competitive.
Across many huge industries, like construction, marine and agriculture, toxic biocides are used as antifouling agents to prevent micro- and macro-organism damaging surfaces.
