The YoPAAPE project aims to improve the health behaviors of teenagers by co-creating tailored interventions that address physical activity, sedentary behavior, and sleep. It engages teenagers and stakeholders to develop sustainable solutions for reducing non-communicable disease risks.
BACKGROUND:
A vast majority of teenagers do not meet guidelines for healthy movement behaviours (i.e. physical activity, sedentary behaviour and sleep), posing major risks for developing multiple non-communicable diseases (NCDs).
