The XSCAPE project investigates how physical environments and materials influence human cognition and perception. By combining archaeology, visual science, and cognitive philosophy, it conducts extensive case studies and simulations to explore the relationship between material structures and cognitive change.
Do the worlds we build alter our own minds and the ways we process information?
