X10D focuses on advancing organic photovoltaics (OPV) to compete in the thin-film solar market. The project aims to develop efficient, low-cost tandem solar cells using innovative designs and materials, ensuring long-lasting performance and affordability.
X10D aims to enable organic photovoltaics (OPV) to enter the competitive thin-film PV market.
It will achieve this by pooling the knowledge and expertise of the leading research institutes and start-up companies in Europe, and is the first project of its kind to leverage this knowledge irrespective of the processing technology.
