The project focuses on developing advanced coatings for aircraft wing panels to enhance their aerodynamic efficiency and protect against erosion and ice formation. By utilizing innovative materials, it aims to improve aircraft performance while reducing weight.
Surface characteristics such as smoothness and other geometrical surface are conditions that wing panels have to accomplish in order to have an aerodynamic profile for efficient wing with natural laminarity.
