Watgrid is innovating the wine production process with Winegrid, a monitoring system that combines fiber optic sensors and AI analytics. This technology allows winemakers to access real-time data on critical parameters, improving wine quality and reducing monitoring costs.
During vinification, to produce quality wine, it is critically important to monitor certain parameters: density, turbidity, colour, level, temperature and alcohol content.
