The WHERE project aims to enhance mobile network efficiency by integrating positioning and communication technologies. It focuses on developing algorithms that estimate the location of mobile devices using various radio access networks, improving resource allocation and overall system performance.
To increase ubiquitous and mobile network access and data rates, scientific and technological development is more and more focussing on the integration of radio access networks (RANs).
