VEG-i-TRADE focuses on assessing the impacts of climate change and globalization on food safety for fresh produce. It aims to develop control measures throughout the supply chain to minimize risks and enhance quality assurance, while fostering collaboration with small and medium-sized enterprises and industry partners.
VEG-i-TRADE provides platforms to identify impacts of anticipated climate change and globalisation on food safety, microbiological and chemical hazards, of fresh produce and derived food products.
