UserCentriCities aims to enhance local government engagement in digital services by supporting cities in implementing user-centric approaches. The project focuses on developing common indicators, toolkits, and fostering collaboration among cities to improve service delivery and participation in policy discussions.
Cities are at the forefront of delivering digital government in Europe, but they are not sufficiently involved in the policy debate and do not encounter sufficient support.
