The URMAC project investigates the media and communication strategies of ultra-right groups in Europe, particularly in the UK and Italy. By analyzing these strategies, the research aims to understand their role in promoting anti-immigrant and anti-Islamic sentiments.
The question that animates my research is: what are the reasons behind the continuous presence and, in some cases, enhanced visibility and electoral success, of the ultra-right in Europe?
