This project focuses on improving the scalability and automation of induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) manufacturing. By developing bioemulsions that stabilize cell cultures, it aims to enhance cell processing while reducing contamination risks and costs.
Advances in stem cell technologies have revolutionised cell therapy and advanced in vitro models, but remain limited by our ability to scale up and automate cell manufacturing.
