The ULTIMATE project aims to develop trustworthy hybrid artificial intelligence for industrial applications, focusing on enhancing explainability and adherence to ethical standards. It targets the robotics and space sectors, improving efficiency and safety in human-machine collaboration and satellite failure detection.
AI has entered the business mainstream, opening opportunities to boost productivity and innovation but suffer limitations hindering wider adoption of model-based or data-driven AI algorithms in industrial settings.
