UBIMOTIF focuses on training researchers to explore the ubiquitin system for therapeutic applications. It aims to identify short linear interaction motifs that can be targeted for drug development, enhancing understanding of protein regulation in human diseases.
A major challenge is the lack of therapeutic approaches for numerous human diseases, which poses a societal challenge.
