Turn2X is focused on decarbonizing hard-to-abate sectors by producing renewable natural gas from green hydrogen and biogenic carbon dioxide. This technology allows existing natural gas infrastructure to be utilized, facilitating a cost-effective transition to sustainable energy without significant capital investment.
The threat of climate change is pushing every sector of the economy to decarbonise its operations, but certain hard-to-abate sectors, such as heavy industry, gas utilities and shipping, cannot easily switch to renewable energy sources.
Electrification is not feasible for these sectors and switching to alternative energy sources would require huge investment in new equipment, process changes, and civil infrastructure.
This places many Net Zero targets at risk.
