This research project explores the role of trade unions in enforcing statutory rights against discrimination based on sex, race, and other factors. It examines how unions mobilize legally and their impact on rights enforcement, drawing from various disciplines including law and industrial relations.
This research project consists in analysing the under-researched but strategic role of trade unions in the getting and enforcement of statutory rights in relation to sex, race and other forms of discrimination.
