The TRUST project aims to enhance the cold chain logistics for temperature-sensitive products by creating an integrated platform for monitoring and optimizing transport processes. It targets medium and large companies to reduce food waste and improve the efficiency of supply chains.

The United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization estimates that one third of human food production is lost or wasted globally for around 1.3 billion tonnes per year.
