TRILLIO is a therapeutic adherence device that reminds patients to take their medications through alarms and notifications. It aims to improve adherence among chronic disease patients, addressing a significant health issue in Europe.
Therapeutic adherence is defined as “the extent to which a person’s behaviour – taking medication, following a diet, and/or executing lifestyle changes, corresponds with agreed recommendations from a health care provider”.
