This project reexamines the history of international law by digitizing and analyzing the extensive advisory works of Nicolas-Louis Le Dran. It aims to uncover the often-overlooked processes and documents that shape international legal practices beyond formal treaties.
The past of international law (the law produced and applicable between polities) is studied from various disciplinary perspectives.
