This project seeks to develop T cell-based immunotherapy for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma by utilizing tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes. The research aims to demonstrate the effectiveness of these lymphocytes in combating this aggressive cancer and to explore their characteristics and antigen specificity.
Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDA) has a devastating prognosis and novel treatment approaches are urgently needed.
