This project focuses on enhancing the effectiveness of adoptive T cell therapies for cancer treatment. It aims to improve T cell fitness through metabolic interventions and machine-learning techniques, ultimately increasing the success rate of personalized therapies for solid tumors.
Adoptive T cell therapies (ACTs) are emerging as a promising strategy to treat cancer.
Tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) are expanded ex vivo, selected for recognition of neoantigens, further expanded and then infused back into patients.
