THOR seeks to accelerate battery innovation by developing a Digital Twin to simulate battery behavior, reducing the need for extensive physical testing. The project targets both mobility and stationary applications, focusing on widely used battery chemistries.
Acceleration of growth of the battery sector is primordial in decarbonizing our economy as batteries play a vital role not only in making our mobility sustainable but also in increasing the uptake of renewable energies.
