THESEUS focuses on developing strategies for managing coastal areas facing challenges like erosion and flooding. The project aims to create innovative technologies for habitat restoration and risk reduction, ensuring both human safety and ecological health in dynamic coastal environments.
Coastal areas are vital economic hubs in terms of settlement, industry, agriculture, trade and tourism to mention some key sectors.
