THERESA is a doctoral program focused on training legal specialists in the hydrogen economy, addressing regulatory challenges and promoting sustainable practices. It aims to reduce fragmentation in hydrogen regulations and enhance societal engagement to support the transition to renewable energy systems.
Thanks to the long standing collaborations among the Universities of Rovira i Virgili (Spain), Groningen (the Netherlands) and Eastern Finland (Finland), THERESA proposes the first European doctoral programme for legal specialists in the field of the hydrogen economy.
