This project seeks to create a new immune-cell based treatment for Multiple Myeloma by using ultrasmall macromolecules for enhanced imaging and tracking of immune cells. The goal is to improve personalized treatment strategies and patient outcomes in cancer therapy.
Recent studies on the developments of immune mobilizing monoclonal T-cell receptors against cancer (ImmTAC), bispecific T-cell receptors (TCR) engagers, and chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) cell-based therapies, have highlighted their potential to treat Multiple Myeloma (MM).
