This project aims to develop molecular inhibitors targeting the BMP4/pSMAD/CDX-2 pathway to reverse Barrett's esophagus, a condition linked to esophageal cancer. By creating a transgenic mouse model, the research seeks to evaluate the effectiveness of these inhibitors for potential clinical applications.
