TARGETS aims to improve energy efficiency in cargo shipping by analyzing energy consumption factors. The project will develop simulation tools to optimize ship design and operation, contributing to reduced greenhouse gas emissions in the shipping industry.
The TARGETS proposal has been initiated in response to the COOPERATION work programme of the European Commission, Theme 7, Transport and Aeronautics.
