This project aims to discover novel protein-metabolite interactions in the plant Arabidopsis thaliana using advanced mass spectrometry techniques. It focuses on understanding the role of metabolites in metabolic networks and their interactions with proteins involved in growth signaling.
In the last decade, new technologies have emerged to study protein-protein and protein-nucleic acid interactions under near-physiological conditions at large scale.
