This project explores a novel method for separating blood components using acoustic fields instead of traditional centrifugation. The goal is to enhance the efficiency and precision of isolating specific blood cells, which is crucial for applications in cancer treatment and diagnostics.
Separation of blood components is of high importance in healthcare and often require fractionation of blood in its subcomponents by centrifugation.
