The TANDEM project addresses the challenges faced by dual career couples in academia, aiming to enhance mobility and career prospects for researchers. It focuses on developing tailored support services to retain talented individuals in the scientific workforce.
Mobility represents a key factor at the early stages of researchers’ careers.
Over the last years the European Union has started a number of initiatives to facilitate mobility in the European Research Area, most prominently the EURAXESS Services Network.
