The TAME project focuses on improving diagnostics and treatments for Alzheimer’s disease and related conditions. It brings together experts to enhance understanding of tau-related diseases and develop innovative, personalized medical interventions.
There is an urgent medical need for efficient diagnostics for Alzheimer’s disease and related tauopathies, as well as disease modifying treatments, due to the heavy burden of the disease on patients, families and society.
