This project aims to advance oligonucleotide-based therapies by developing innovative delivery systems for RNA and DNA therapeutics. It focuses on creating amphoteric liposomes that improve the safety and efficacy of drug delivery to treat inflammatory diseases.
The past year has been exciting for oligonucleotide-based drug discovery and development.
The Nobel Prize was awarded to Mello and Fire for discovering RNA interference.
