This project develops new methods in Systems Chemical Biology to study protein networks using small drug-like molecules. It aims to create diverse compound collections for screening and to identify new drug candidates that can target multiple proteins in dynamic biological systems.
In Systems Chemical Biology research small drug-like molecules are employed to analyze the construction, wiring and spatiotemporal regulation of protein networks in dynamic biological systems.
