This project investigates the role of a specific long non-coding RNA, RP3-340N1.2, in lung cancer progression and develops human serum albumin-based nanoparticles for targeted therapy. The aim is to improve treatment efficacy while minimizing side effects and drug resistance.
Lung cancer remains the most frequently diagnosed and most lethal cancer, making this disease a huge socio-economic challenge.
