In this project we propose a new study of searches for non-standard particles known as bileptons, in the context of the Large-Hadron-Collider (LHC) energies.
Bileptons are bosons which couple to two leptons, and which carry two units of lepton number, and are predicted by several beyond Standard Model scenarios, including supersymmetric extensions. A bilepton signal would be strong evidence of new physics and its discovery would change our understanding of Nature.
