SustUrbanFoods aims to create a framework for assessing the sustainability of urban food systems by integrating environmental, economic, and social factors. The project focuses on developing tools and data to support policies for sustainable urban food practices, utilizing case studies from various countries.
Urban food systems are sprouting around cities of developed countries to improve the sustainability of cities and citizens’ diets.
