This project focuses on enhancing the career prospects of early stage researchers in polymer chemistry through collaboration between Ghent University and DOW Benelux. It aims to develop renewable coating resins with multifunctional properties, bridging academic research and industrial application.
The main objective of this programme is to enhance the career perspectives of early stage researchers (ERS) by providing the unique opportunity to be exposed to research and training in both an academic as well as an industrial environment.
