Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) harboring KEAP1 mutations is associated with a poor prognosis and resistance to conventional therapies.
However, KEAP1/NRF2 dysregulation induces metabolic reprogramming, which can be exploited for therapeutic benefit.
