This project aims to develop a novel wavelength-tunable laser diode for applications in telecommunications and sensing. The laser will feature a broad tuning range and high purity emission, enabling advancements in optical networks and environmental monitoring.
Wavelength-tunable lasers are key components for future reconfigurable optical networks and for cost-effective and compact telecommunication infrastructures.
