The ST(R)E(A)M IT project aims to address gender inequalities in STEM education and careers by empowering underrepresented groups, integrating STEAM approaches, and promoting inclusive career paths. It fosters collaboration among educational institutions, businesses, and NGOs to create a more equitable STEM landscape.
The main objective of ST(R)E(A)M IT is to initiate change about the persisting gender inequalities in STEM education, research, and innovation to contribute to the implementation of the ‘The European Manifesto for gender-inclusive STE(A)M
