This project focuses on advancing photonic devices through controlled interactions between atoms and photons. By leveraging these interactions, it aims to enhance the capabilities of quantum technologies, including sensors and simulators, using room temperature atomic vapor cells.
In the context of the ongoing development of novel quantum technologies, includingquantum sensors, quantum communication, quantum simulators and quantum computing,some devices are mature without resorting to the powerful but fragile entanglement between qubits.Exploiting the wave nature of devices, photons often play an important role.
