SOSFood aims to enhance the European food system's productivity and sustainability by leveraging data and artificial intelligence. The project will create tools for stakeholders to make informed decisions, promoting transparency and collaboration across the food supply chain.
In the current environmental emergency, the food system has to become more productive, inclusive, sustainable, and resilient.
