The project focuses on developing advanced monitoring technologies for brain and spinal cord injuries. By integrating disease models with smart monitoring software, it aims to improve decision-making in acute care settings.
In traumatic brain/spinal cord injury and stroke – major causes of death and disability -, progress has come from monitored intensive care and swift action upon detection of secondary insults.
