The SoMicoop project investigates how daily acts of kindness can foster cooperation in society. It explores the training of low-cost cooperation behaviors and their potential to enhance more costly cooperative actions, using advanced methodologies to understand cognitive processes and real-world applications.
The question how to increase cooperation behavior to encounter current societal challenges is an ongoing research endeavor in several empirical disciplines, such as behavioral economics, social psychology and beyond.
