This project investigates how sleep affects problem-solving and creativity by studying memory replay during different sleep stages. It aims to develop methods to enhance cognitive abilities through targeted manipulation of sleep processes.
Innovative problem solving is critical for all spheres of organised endeavour, including science and industry, and thus forms the cornerstone of a successful society.
