This project introduces a novel 3D concentrated photovoltaic module that utilizes holograms for enhanced optical efficiency. The design aims to reduce costs and improve energy output compared to traditional solar panels, facilitating market entry for innovative solar solutions.
For more than 40 years, solar photovoltaic modules have not changed.
The idea of interconnected cells sandwiched between glass and back sheet is still the same, and basically only the cell efficiency has increased.
